
If payment has not been received within 15 days of your event the Borough reserves the right to cancel your event. We will not accept a personal check within the 30-day time period. If payment has not been received within 30 days of your event: we will only accept a certified bank check, cash or credit card. You will be responsible to get your full rental payment to the Borough Hall on or before 30 DAYS BEFORE your event. $250.00 Security Deposit (Security Deposit Must have Haddon Heights Residents Address on the check to qualify for resident rental rate).Completed Community Center Rental Agreement.To receive an official hold on the date and time, we must receive the following: If we do not receive the completed Rental Agreement paperwork and a security deposit check of $250.00 within that week the date will be released. 33, we can put a tentative hold on a date/time for you, which we will hold for 7 days. If you need additional set-up or clean-up time please be sure to include it in your event time. The additional time is to allow for set-up and clean-up of the event. If renting for 4 hours or more, 2 additional hours are given at no charge. If renting for 3 hours, 1 additional hour is given at no charge.

**Three (3) hour minimum for all parties. All tables must be covered and tables and chairs are not permitted to leave the building. We also provide 3 8-foot rectangle tables for food and such. Tables provided are 60″ round and hold 8 people/per table. The rental fee includes set-up and break-down of tables and chairs.
